Origin dated back to National Finance Corporation (NFD), founded in 1994 as part of early privatisation scheme in Slovenia. It has been heavily involved and one of the key players in public equities on local market. With a change of ownership in 2015, we have strategically positioned ourselves as a licensed alternative asset manager carrying strong relationships with renowned global funds whom we have advised and co-invested with on numerous deals.
